Questions, answered

Hosted Free includes 60 credits per calendar month. Starter includes 150 credits per month. Pro includes 300 credits per month per pack, or 3,600 credits upfront per annual pack. Video processing costs one credit per whole source-video minute, rounded down with a minimum of one credit. Paid monthly credits expire after 60 days; annual credits expire at the end of the paid annual period. Unused paid credits retain their original expiry after cancellation. Failed jobs with no saved clips return their credits; deleting a project does not. Existing minute-based subscriptions retain their purchased allowance and rules until changed.
